1. Service Provision
AgenticOutreech provides an automated tool designed to improve email deliverability. You must authorize us to connect to your mailbox to perform these actions.
2. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to pause or suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or if we detect malicious activity that harms the network.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important. We only collect what is strictly necessary to run the service.
1. Credential Handling
Mailbox credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. They are only utilized by our automated workers for polling and sending warmup messages.
2. Telemetry and Data
We log metadata about interactions (e.g., sent, replied, marked important) to provide your dashboard metrics. We do not read the content of your non-warmup emails.
Acceptable Use
To protect the reputation of all users, you must abide by the following rules:
- Do not use connected accounts to send unsolicited spam, phish, or malicious payloads outside of our system.
- Ensure you have the legal right to bind and authorize the mailboxes you connect.
- Maintain a reasonable bounce rate in your external campaigns.
